Our Story

The Focus 360 team comprises an accomplished collective of artists, architects, animators and programmers with expertise dating back to the origins of architectural computer graphics and interactive presentations.

Established more than 27 years ago by Steve Ormonde and Brent Chase, Focus 360 has delivered thousands of distinctive and influential applications to satisfied architects, builders and developers across the world.

Brent Chase pioneered techniques used to create accurate photo-realistic studies of proposed projects in the early 90’s.  While Steve Ormonde, was the innovator who combined marketing techniques with architectural CAD elements to develop the home building industry’s first “virtual model home”.  Both are reverred as industry experts and have been guest speakers at numerous real estate functions and major university programs worldwide.
